I'm on the Weight Watchers eating plan, and though the snacks that they sell are ok for the sweet tooth they're not very filling. Any ideas for low calorie, sweet and filling snacks?

I like to slice a banana open and sprinkle a few raisins and splenda inside and then bake it for about 10 mins.
Sometimes I add a couple tablespoons of fat free cool whip or sugar free vanilla ice cream also.
