about 6 months. i never freeze meat the day i buy it. it needs a few days to age.

at least 6mths, ur freezer mite have guidelines or pictures on the inside of the door which tells you which foods can be frozen and for how long. Make sure you have it well wrapped and covered so it cant get frost bite in the freezer! Put the date you freeze it on the freezer bag too just in case you cant remember in a few mnths time!

AS LONG AS YOU FREEZE IT IN A FREEZER BAG, IT SHOULD LAST AT LEAST A GOOD SIX MONTHS.
