My ex and I broke up a while ago but he txted me the other day and he appologized for liking me alot and he said "i know you don't like me as much as I like you because we hardly talk and hangout". And than he came over 2 weeks ago and he said that hes afraid of relationships and he doesn't want a gf. Than the other night he texted me again saying that he might have a gf by friday. Than he was acting all jealous when I asked him if he misses me and he said "should I? everytime I see you on the street your with a different guy". I told him at the beginning that I have a lot of guy friends and he said that he was ok with that. What is up with him?

He sounds like a bit of a dork and well he does miss you and that is why he is defensive. He is a jealous controlling jerk and you are right to have dumped him. Tell him to stop texting you and for him to get on with his life since you have and have no further interest in him.

Good Luck and God Bless.

The question that needs answering is who broke it off? You or him? It makes a huge difference in determining his actions. Well, from what I can tell from what you wrote is that you probably broke off the relationship. If that is the case then this guy is trying his best to make seem to you that its not affecting him at all and that he is better off without you. With all his macho sayings and showing off that he "might" have a girlfriend (Wow that isn't the biggest lie I've ever heard).

So if the relationship is gone, why are you still talking to him? You're just wasting your time and probably his if there is no longer chemistry between you two.

he wants you back, and has issues. This is really a good guy for you unless you can handle all the drama and break down his wall. If your looking more for drama free, well less drama and casual fun turn the other way and keep on walking. Don't even text or call, he might think of you as an item still.

But if your willing to help him, stay be a friend and break down his wall. You might find him to be really devoted after a while.
