One of the main problems with the stomach and viruses etc, is the loss of fluid. This is a quick way to dehydrate and could easily result in a pulled muscle... not worth the risk... when you feel re-hydrated then is a good time. Check for bloodshot eyes, parched lips, slight head issues ...

No, you should take more time off because if you go to work you can pass it on to your co-workers and other people that you may come in contact with. So stay home and get some rest.... :-)

No, you don't want to make yourself worse because you worked your body too hard too soon. Rest a little bit more... a few days won't kill you.

yes beacuse working out helps boost ur immune system

don't do it... give it like 2 - 3 days...

working out so early could make you get sick again! let your body recover first!

not only could you still be contagious but you're not up to par yet. give it another couple days.
