The system does not work that way. Your classifier or recruiter will apply for any waivers for any conditions or situations that you have that are in fact waiverable. Those waivers get routed to the proper authority to decided if you can be granted a waiver. If everything checks out based on the required guidelines for each type of waiver, you will get a waiver. If all things do not check out, you will not be granted a waiver. Simple and as complicated as that. Pulling strings and hook-up's does not work in recruiting because all commands have to follow the established regulations and guidelines. Depending on what you are trying to get a waiver for, the Marines may not waive it for their service, but you may still be able to enlist in one of the other branches. Good luck.

I do not know why you need a waiver but consider this; the fact you need a waiver at all suggests you have some kind of limitation. The military has a vast amount of experience and it is hard enough getting ppl to join. They have no problem signing up criminals! Be your limitation physical, mental, or political, if you get this waiver thru external resources (friends, network, etc) you shall become a part of a team. And in the final analysis you may very well jeopardize and bring high risk and danger to that same team!
Think about what you're asking for and why the Marines think you need a waiver.

Pretty much any waiver you get whether it be a physical, medical, etc all have to go through MEPS so when you go there and take the ASVAB and get your physical done they will be the ones to give it to you so long as you are honest with them.

Contact the US congressman in your district. You can find his address and phone number in the phonebook.
Good luck and be safe.
