well, all dogs grow....along with most animals...if you mean you want a dog that has stopped growing, then get an older dog (like 3+ years) instead of a puppy. If you mean you want a small dog, then you have a lot to choose from...

O.k? what happened? did you run out of room to say what are the names of pets that doesn't grow.... big? ...... if so then their are a number of toy breeds that stay pocket size, hence the name Toy, they remain about the size of a puppy, just look at the akc website for toy or teacup breeds. oh and you said pets.. did you mean just dogs or all pets???

Alldogs grow there are none except a stuffed dog.
You may mena several of the toy breed dogs that don't get very big. but they do grow.
