Only if they can get National Publicity will the ACLU take up any religious fight. The ACLU needs to go away they help child molesters and murders get out of prison before they are actually eligible for parole. I noticed one thing all the people saying they help out a xtain cause use the ACLU web site as a reference please give a reference other than the ACLU. Because the truth is the truth The ACLU will only take on religious fights that get them publicity and allow them to spew there hatred of all religions, they help religious causes so people will believe they are for the people sounds like communist propaganda to me.

you're particularly spectacular. the only activity of the ACLU is secure practices of rights of freedom of speech as defined interior the 1st exchange to the form of the US. that's ALL they do. Any American who isn't a member ought to have their patriotism puzzled.

Yes, they would. They DO defend the rights of the religious all the time. The fundies that are angry that they have the nerve to defend OTHER people's rights, also, just tend to ignore that.

Yes, the ACLU has defended Christian's rights in the past, just as voraciously as they have other religions.
The ACLU does not care about your religion or lack thereof. They care about the constitution.

I sincerely doubt it. Have you ever researched the ACLU and how many Christians they have defended? I haven't, but now I plan to. I'll let you know the results.

Yes. The ACLU will defend anyone whose freedom is being obstructed. They've defended neo-Nazis and white power groups, fundamentalist homophobes, anti-racism organisations, and gay rights movements. They don't discriminate.
