Correct Italian phrasing should be
Ti voglio qui da me, adesso !!
and translation is
I want you here nearby, now !!

ti voglio means I WANT YOU
adesso is NOW

"ame" doesn't exist as a single word in Italian. at least it could be "a me" (to me ->here),
