Where can I find Windows XP file - qpevnfkc.dll?

I mistakingly deleted it quite a while ago.

That is not a standard XP file. It was probably installed by another software that you put on your computer and then removed. You will have to guess which software it was and reload that software to get the file back.

try searching for it (meaning just put the name on yahoo) and then if any website has it, that site will show up

however make sure to scan it for viruses before you put it on your windows directory
