How do I switch back to standard Internet Explorer?

without the tabs... the older version...

If you want to revert from IE 7 (with tabs) to the older IE 6:

Go to the Control Panel
Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon
Look down the listing of programs and find IE7
Click on it to highlight it. A "Remove" button should appear
Remove IE7
Reboot the PC and it will automatically reinstall IE6
