That's just what we believe those pieces to mean. From a naturopathic point of view the appendix is regarded as part of the immune system and therefore nothing to do with primates. And just because our back ends in what looks like a tail doesn't make it a tail.

Ummm the appendix is an important disease-fighting organ. The tailbone serves to anchor certain pelvic muscles, we can't sit comfortably w/o it and it protects our spinal columns.

C'mon - seriously? Save for a few on the fringes - no one takes the whole vesitgal organ argument seriously. Both the appendix and the tailbone have real, important purposes.

Why should the end of the spine be a tailbone?
The appendix serves a vital function that has been known about medically for years; were you not aware of that?

You are behind on the latest scientific research. There is a purpose for every organ in the body. It doesn't mean we can't survive without them but they all serve purpose. You need to move on from the old text books you are reading. By the way, we have never had tails.

The appendix is a part of our immune defense system and the end of the spine exists. So what?
"Evolution" is a lie. God created everything after its own kind (no crossover).

God has a sense of humor. He knew the monkeys would tickle our funny bone. I've never seen a monkey that didn't make me laugh.
