No. There are plenty of times when I'm just in a mood, and my boyfriend will ask this question and I'll honestly say "No". He sometimes assumes that I'm being disingenuous, because I'm still upset after I say this. At other times, he really has said something that upset me, but I realize later that he didn't mean anything by it, and I've overreacted.
As a general guideline, it's always a good idea to ask. If she says "no", but is still upset, give it a few hours. If she's still upset, and won't say anything, sit down next to her and refuse (in a nice way) to move until she tells you what is wrong. This always works on me. And it makes my boyfriend look all sensitive guy and crap, so I'm more inclined to look at my own behavior before blaming him.
Believe or not, women sometimes like to make themselves feel virtuous by not complaining, even though they've been "wronged" (!). Our brains, though capable of wondrous things, are also capable of reveling in petty victimizations. (Never, never bring this knowledge up to her, though- we think it's our most cleverly guarded secret.)
If after trying all this, she's still pouting, just let her sleep on it. In the morning, bring her coffee in bed or make some other small caring gesture. She should be over it by then.
Take care:)

hahahaha- this is a tricky question. Its only fair that a guy ask question knowing that he's trying to solve the problem- but asking did i say something wrong only makes the female mad- always- so that's why the answer is always yes. But first of all- it shows unstablity to ask such a question because it displays a lack of confidence= its like secong guessing yourself- females- especially your female counterpart- won't like that idea. So instead of asking that- ask how can i improve my perception of what you go through (girl, shorty, honey, wife,- or whatever nick name you gave her). But seeming clueless is the worst- it shows you don't pay her any attention because you don't know her rights and wrongs.

Ha, no! My boyfriend asks me that sometimes, and he very rarely does anything wrong. If anything, it is something he did which I interpreted differently; that doesn't make him wrong for doing it. Relationships are given and take; if a woman is always saying "yes, you screwed up", you should find another woman.

difficulty-free now, some human beings quite have a difficulty with self-worth. I honestly have frequent a gaggle of quite tremendously women that theory they have been grotesque because of the fact a family contributors member, in many situations a median brother instructed them that each and every of the time. on the different hand, those I honestly have sen ask that on right here in many situations are not.

You know you did something wrong!
The only reason you are asking is because while she is explaining what you did wrong, you can think of an excuse to save your a**.
You're not slick!
Cute as all get out...but NOT slick!

When a guy asks such, it means that somewhere in his mind he is suspicious that what is saying is somehow wrong!!! So, we better say "No...!!" to make his guilt feeling stronger!!! :)))))
Seriously, it always depends. When someone said something wrong, I tell him so even if he doesn't ask.

It is the fact that we are wired so differently. Women's brains are wired to their mouths, and mens brains are wired to their penis'. So yes, when this question is asked, it is generally because he said something very stupid!

Especially if the answer is "no", it is a "yes".
And no, you can't understand women. Only women can understand women and that is only occasionally.
