I agree. The reason is often complicated. The world has a lot of pain and suffering. It is a very challenging world. This challenge can bring out the most in the human spirit. We need to address the serious problems in this world, or we will not be addressing our reason for being here, or the reason we have such challenging problems. If we don't do this, then everything, may not appear to have a reason.

Disagree - God created us with free will and the ability to decide for ourselves our life course - with such freedom of choice, how could anything be predetermined?
