I don't like my best friends bf, I don't want to know him, I don't want to like him, I really just don't care, so NO, it shouldn't matter

SHOULD she? This is not a matter of "should" but whether or not she "does". DOES she love your boyfriend? Why? Are they getting together behind the shed after school every day and scrogging? If she's flirting with your bf you need to talk with her about it and let her know he's not hers. If you suspect he has feelings for her or knows that she likes him, you need to ask him about the situation, too..let them both know that YOU know what's going on, so you aren't playing the fool if everything goes to hell...

Do you mean love your boyfriend as in "accept" him because you love him, too, or love him as in "have sex with him"? Your question is ambiguous, but I wouldn't expect any of your friends to have the same connectivity with your choice of a partner that you have...they may like him, they may not. They don't owe you anything either way.
