You should probably book in at a doctor at some stage and confirm the pregnancy but that way you can also either arrange a "Surgical Termination Of Pregnancy" (STOP) or book in to arrange antenatal care.

Besides the answers that were given for seeing a Doctor if you are needing assistance, and don't have any money, go to a Pregnancy Help Clinic. Many have ultrasound machines and will assist you if you are alone and need help. They also are a great source for clothes, counseling, diapers and furniture. They can also direct you if you are considering adoption. Don't go to Planned Parenthood. They make most of their money on abortions and that is a decision you may live to regret.

free clinic if your scared to let people know they anything you tell them they keep it to there self. but i would strongley recoment a doctor you need to get yourself checked out for your sake and the babies
