We always have this:
Take a can of pear halves and drain them. Place the halves on a plate, and top each half with a dollop of mayonnaise. Sprinkle each half with sharp shredded cheddar cheese. Put a half of a maraschino cherry on top.
This sounds weird and gross, I know. BUT, you would not BELIEVE how delish they are!!!!!
We also always have deviled eggs, and usually some English Peas or Lima Beans also in addition to what you listed.
Oh, and don't forget some rolls or bread of some kind!

If you are thinking about adding more vegetables to your list I have a few ideas that I usually have for Thanksgiving.
1: Brussel Spouts: just cut them in half let them so in some cool salted water for a bit and then drain and cook them, most of the time removed most of the bitter flavor.
2: Sauteed Leeks: basically what i do is cut them in the ring shaped way and then let them soak in water while occasionally breaking some of them up and getting the dirt all out, then get a nice pan add some olive oil or butter to coat the pan and then toss the leeks in after you drain them, add a bit of salt and maybe a tiny bit of better and cook till they start getting soft, be careful not to burn them of course
3: My mom uses this as a appetizers as well as an optional side, its just carrots, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, celery, an 2 types of bell peppers with a nice dip in the middle.
4: Finally if you want something a bit different for mashed potatoes try the red mashed potatoes or if your doing them fresh sometimes a little vegetable broth adds a nice flavor to them.

Dessert?? Maype a pumpkin, apple or pecan pie?? I also do an appetizer...usually baked brie served with bourbon cranberry orange walnut chutney. Hope this helps.
Ok you want a veg...how about a selection of roasted winter squashes? Try acorn, butternut, gourd? You could throw in some turnips, whole crimini(baby bella) mushrooms and red onion for flavor/color. Slow roast them along with your turkey. Add them to the turkey pan about 40 mins before turkey is finished.

I have heard some people also have noodles at their thanksgiving meal. Good luck. all this talk of food is making me hungry!!!!!

Corn casserole. Especially the corn casserole that uses Jiffy cornbread mix, sour cream, and butter. Mmmmm.

You don't NEED something else green.
We have creamed onions, corn and turnips at our house, in addition to what you have.
I like peas with butter or you can do peas and onions.
Do you have gravy?
Sounds like you are in good shape.
Good luck!
