If you are working then there is no financial help available.

That is probably because you cannot converse in German. How would you be able to talk to a German Patient to make a good diagnosis ? Besides if you are a British Citizen how come you did not work right here in Britain. The NHS are short of Doctors. Was it for the same reasons ? A scholarship in Arabic will help with Arabs .

why are you not a practising doctor over here if you are a British Citizen, how long are you going to be in Germany? why should they give you any financial help, come back here and you will get all the help you want, you should know by now we are a soft touch, if we took a leaf out of there book and be more choosy who we helped we would be a far richer country

You may hold a British passport but I doubt if you were born in the UK. As for wanting financial aid, you work don't you? Why should you expect anyone to pay for you! It is about time someone informed you that there are no freebies in life you have to work for what you get. To many people believe the world owes them a living, and it appears to me you are one of them.

Your question is unclear. If you are working, why do you need financial help? Anyway, your entitlement to German social benefits will be the same as that of a German citizen in the same circumstances. I think you have to go to the Arbeitsamt, they should help you out.

Am I missing something here? You're a doctor working in Germany? Why should you be getting financial help, don't they pay you?

You are a "working" Doctor and you need financial help? Something wrong with that picture.

Why should they give you financial help (you're not in Britain now) for nothing.

Life is expensive for many Germans

Get a job to support yourself, or go back to your own country and look for financial help.

You need your EHIC which you should have applied for before leaving the UK. As a doctor you should know all about the EHIC.
