Well I don't know if it would make you a better christian, but I guess it might make you feel better and remember to be a better christian every time you answer or open your phone. You could also sign your texts with Jesus Loves You! Just to spread the word.

Having pictures of Jesus or wearnig crosses and other things of this nature do not make you a Christian or a better Christian. In order to be a better Christian you must act in accordance with His will.

No, Kenny, I'm afraid it won't. But, if you keep that mental picture of Jesus (however he looks to you, whatever color you may apply) in your heart and treat others as He would have you do, then you'd be on your way to being a better Christian.
Don't forget to share who He is to you with those who you meet - you don't have to beat them over the head. Also, your lifestyle would reflect your sincerity.

No, it takes a lot more then just Jesus as a wall paper on your cell phone to become a better Christian. You need to have him live within you, meaning try to live life as he would by showing compassion to those in need, standing up for what's right even when faced with adversity, and learning how to forgive just to name a few. He has to live within (your heart) not just your cell phone.

I can't say it will make you a better Christian, but can it hurt? no not at all. Seeing a picture of jesus on your cell phone reminds you of what he means to you, just like when we put a picture of our loved ones on the cell phone, so I think its a great idea!!! Thumbs up for you.

NO. You could change your name and cover your body is WWJD tats but that won't help either. The church is filled with hypocrites and people pretending to be Christians. The only thing that will make you a better christian is practice, prayer and devotion and no iconic wallpaper will do that for you!

Being a better Christian isn't about idolising Jesus like you would idolise your favourite star.
But all the same, you could put it there. For all you know, one day someone might see it and ask you who it is, giving you the opportunity to evangelise and do the work of God.

no silly. no works of yours will make you a better christian . its a love related issue.. all those that love him will want to devote their life to pleasing him.. meaning being obediant .
