my boyfriend says he is fat and he only weighs 180lbs and he is about 6'3"ft he is really good looking and he says he is fat i love his cute tummy and i don't want him to lose it how do i tell him without making him mad and do you think he'll listen?

my husband has the same problem; I LOVE his little belly. First thing you should do is make him feel attractive by the way you act around him. Let him know that all women are different and his woman loves the belly. In the end though, his body is just that, HIS. If he honestly feels uncomfortable about the belly support his decision about losing it, just let him know where you stand. It's not like you won't love him when the belly is gone.

A guy 6'3" who weighs 180 lbs. is thin, and if he thinks otherwise, he's not in touch with reality. I'd probably love his cute little skinny tummy too. Your best bet is to leave remarks out about him physically for a while. My bf is twice my weight, at 270 and the same height as yours, and I try to make like I think it's cute.

My boyfriend says the same thing, I think he looks great, but he has a small belly, and for that, he thinks he's fat and unattractive!
Just tell him that you love him for what he is, and don't feel that he has to change anything to improve because you're in love with him, the way that he is now.

Depends on what sort of a guy he is. If he's a logical person you can show him his body mass index is well within a healthy range.

You could tell him until you're blue in the face but obviously he has a self-esteem problem. That or he is fishing for compliments. Do you ever tell him how nice he looks? Guys have feelings too just like us girls they just have less tactful ways of showing their emotions. Compliment him and see what he says...his reply will tell you whether its a self esteem issue or not.

Would you NOT love him if he turned up after a few months of hard gym work with rock hard abs?
(And you might find you don't)
If you don't love him because he has made a change about his body, perhaps you are in the relationship for the wrong reasons?

oh my god i feel the same way about my b/f too... lol i love his lil stomach... its nott too big and its not soo flat.... i just love it and wen he asked me if he should work out i said no cuz i like it lol.. it didnt bother me so y would i have him waste his time at the gym... just tell him how u feel... mayb hell listen mayb he wont but hes a guy lol... hell hear u but he may not want u to kno it... so tell him and then wait and c if u c a change in him.. like if he does suttin about it or not ...
