i had my tv for only 9 months and it won't come on? does anyone know whats wrong?

its a 51 inch hitachi

it should still be under warrenty. Its nothing you can fix. Take it back.

Is it plugged in? Does the electrical outlet have power, you can use a small lamp to check it. Plug the lamp in the exact place the TV is plugged into and check it. If the lamp works and the TV doesn't the TV needs repair or replace it.

If the lamp won't come on either check the circuit breaker or outlet or call an electrician or handyman who knows electricity.
