Do you think 30 is an old age for a woman? Are men attracted to older women? I am in a relationship, have been for 10 years. He says I am past my prime. Is he right? I don't think just because i just turned 30 that that makes me old! I still look good, so why do I feel so old?

Move on to someone who treats you with some respect. 30 is young and 40 is prime. You are as young and beautiful as you think you are, so don't listen to that negative crap. Take care good lookin.

No 30 isn't an old age. Most men are attracted to older women. No your not past your prime. Ur not old, dont even think about feeling old. 30 is still a young age.

Hell no 30 is nowhere near old! I'm 38 and I have men of all age ranges hitting on me literally every day. As for you feeling old that is all in your head. Put there I'm sure by your significant other, in which case, most men do that because they want you to believe no one else will want you, so they don't lose you. If your to bummed or tired to do your hair or put a little make up on or what ever makes you feel pretty,
do it any way, everyday. Then go for a walk or to the mall even if you don't need to buy anything. JUST GET OUT THERE!. Make eye contact . You don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to but you will soon see that you are attractive and desirable. One more thing that has stuck in my head is, and i think this is a quote of Ted Williams "How old would you be if you had know idea how old you were". I'd be 17 but much smarter. Good luck and just for shits and giggles tell that man of yours that if he doesn't stop the negative remarks your gonna chuck him out for a younger man.

You aren't old. 30 isn't old by any means and you are not past your prime - that is ridiculous.
Be happy you are the age you are - it isn't like you can make yourself younger. Age is just a number -
Half the time I have to think about how old I am because I can't come up with the number off the top of my head.

30 is the new 20! You are NOT old and certainly NOT past your prime...if anything...you are just on your way to your prime.
How old is this person you are with? Maybe you feel old because of the company you are keeping and because he seems to be going out of his way to make you feel old and bad about yourself, which is not cool at all. You are just starting out and now that you've left your 20's behind you, you should be more confident and more stable and having more fun.
Go out there and hang out with friends and work out or join a group...show him that 30 is by no means old. You are only as old as you feel, so if you continue to feel that way then you will most certainly BE that way. Don't let him get you down--that's playing dirty and is quite demeaning.

I am also 30, and will be turning 31 on November 18th....Sunday!!!
30 is not old!! I am still young at heart....I get out and ride 4 wheelers, and go swimming, and play video games and have friends and just live life to the fulliest!!!
I have 3 kids...the youngest being 4 years old, and so they keep me on my toes!!
I have been married 12 years, and my husband always tells me that I am young.I guess it's because he is 35.....
Anyway...I don't think you can really go by age to determine when "prime of life " is..

Probably because your boyfriend is bringing you down! 30 is NOT old, and you know you still look good! If he thinks you're "past your prime," he'll probably end up looking for some younger woman before too long. Look for someone else who appreciates you for who you are and makes you feel as young as you are... no use in being an old lady before your time! As long as you have confidence in yourself, you will find someone.

30 is just a number, academic, and merely chronological. Men preferring younger or older women is just a matter of taste. He saying you're past your prime is a silly comment. You feel so old because he messed with your head. Indulge yourself in an active life, eat well, and don't concern yourself with numbers. Believe me, you'll find youth inside you all over again.

no 30 isn't old for a woman woman don't reach their prime until they turn 30 so your good men on the other hand pass there prime after they turn 22

You are certainly not old. You haven't even reached the prime of your life. Don't listen to this guy at all. Turn the tables on him and tell him that he is too old for you and you are going to have to find someone that can not only keep up with you physically but mentally as well.
