I don't believe in angles in the Biblical sense, but I do believe in spirits and souls. (I'm Agnostic, by the way) I have no reason to doubt that my father, who died 10 years ago, isn't keeping an eye on us, and to be honest, even if it isn't true, I don't really care. It's made dealing with his death a bit easier to handle, so even if it's all a delusion, I'll continue living it.

They are the minor spirits that appear during evocations, and the ones that go forth and do your bidding as a result of other workings. Xians call them angels for lack of a better name. They are the same as the NPEs in Pagan traditions.

Angels are imaginary, purely conceptual, non-existant beings. They are dreamt up by religious people just like the concept of god.

Well, for starters, I don't believe in them.
But I also like them, conceptually speaking. I've written stories involving angel-like characters.

hmmmm........... I dont' believe in angels like Christians do but I believe that they're are certain angels fro certain things lik ena angel of music or an angel of dance. That sorta thing
