The only way to remove chronic infection is to remove the source of the chronic infection....the wisdom teeth. Talk with your dentist about having those lower wisdom teeth removed.

You are going to have to get them removed at some point as it soulds like they are infected. I had the same problem and the infections were always very minor and went away, so I put it off. Then, one day I HAD to get them out because the infection was so bad my face actually swelled up. Get it over with and have them pulled. The sooner the better I think.

Brush carefully and gargle with the strongest mouthwash available - they aren't all the same. If uncertain re the latter point, seek medical advice. Beware of dentists who give the impression that imminent intervention is inevitable - they are often quite wrong, in my experience, and reluctant to back up their advice with evidence. 'Be patient' is good advice, also - but you may get more of the other kind, in this situation (like many others), from unthinking, well-meaning do-gooders.

You will have to have them surgically removed..There is a layer of bone they can not come through. You need to do this as soon as you can because as they are trying to come through they can make your other teeth move or become loose. Good luck
