Not a pill. You need a clear, logical mind. Keep asking yourself: "how could they possibly know this is true?".

My advice to you is to drink heavily. And belch, a lot. A bit of dancing and enthusiastic singing should help, too. I suggest "Crazy Train" for starters.
Then flash the horns and shout "Kiss the Devil!"

No, but a healthy dose of Jack Daniels "medication" imbibed beforehand will take the edge off and make the whole unpleasant experience more bearable.

I do not know of any pill that does not have unpleasant side effects. The best thing is to do the same thing one does to avoid catching colds, i.e. stay away from places in which problems arise.

Just get really drunk before you go. Then you will find it entertaining next time. Although if you're like me you'll end up laughing and offending someone. :)

I suggest putting your cell phone on silent and playing Monkey Ball or something so you can tune it out.

Alcohol generally works. Maybe a little pot.
