Keep him on the flea treatment like frontline or revolution.
If the hair does grow back it takes a long time around the eyelid, and it may not grow back.

It could be allergies, stress, or fleas, or an allergy to fleas. You need to get him on Revolution. It's a great product. It protects against fleas, ticks, ear mites, several kinds of worms, and you only have to apply it every 30 days.
Take your dog to the vet. I know it's expensive sometimes, but it's part of being a responsible pet owner, and I'm sure you love your dog enough to want him to be comfortable and happy. He's probably just been bothered so much by the fleas that he's rubbed all of the hair off. Get the treatment for them and you won't have to worry about them being on your dog...or on you.

Might not be fleas, could be mites - or ringworm if it's round the eyes. If it is fleas, bathing isn't going to help, you need a proper flea treatment from a vets like Frontline or Revolution.

starvation is a sturdy wager. on the grounds that one presumes you do feed him, it's time to get him to a vet! ASAP, as small canines are particularly liable to the organ failure that starvation poses. different opportunities incorporate parasites, maximum cancers, dehydration, kidney or liver failure...there is too many opportunities to enumerate. BTW, unexpected weight-loss in a dogs is mostly a foul sign and could continually be taken heavily. you're able to desire to get your dogs to a vet, and in a large hurry. Take him to an emergency facility in case you need to, yet get him cared for as we communicate!

I have one little chi that was on some antibiotics that she was allergic to. She was taken off them, but still rubbed her eyes with her front feet. The hair still hasn't grown back. It is just a matter of time.
But check to make sure it isn't an allergy.

bring him to the vet. Did you treat his fleas? and is he on flea preventative? It could be allergies or even demodex. Make an appointment with a vet I'm sure they can figure out what's wrong:)

My bet is on demodex (is he a young dog - less than 1 year?) - take him to the vet for a skin scrape and proper work up.
