Contact the clerk of the court to request a postponement of the trial. You may have to post a bond of some kind, I know that in my area you have to post the amount of the fine as a bond if you ask for a later court date. If you are found not guilty, or there is other adjudication (traffic school, community service, probation before judgment) then your funds are returned to you!

Yes you can. Simply appear either before or on the date itself and ask for a reschedule. Be prepared to explain why you need an adjournment. Also, depending on what State you're in, you might be able to "appear" by affidavit.

This simply means, you fill out a form explaining why you think you aren't guilty of the infractions charged. You attach what ever evidence you may have (pictures, diagrams, witness statements, repair work orders, etc) that suport your claim. Have the form notorized and send it in it, it'll be read into testimony by the judge.

Go into the district court and talk to them. If you explain your reason they will change the date back a little but not much. You must show up b4 the 14 days or 10 days they give u to show up on. Atleast give them that respect.

you will have to call the clerk of court and ask. But I don't believe that you can. They set it far enough in advance so that you can make it. If you aren't going to argue it you could just go to the courthouse and pay the fines before the court date.

YOU CAN TRY BUT IF YOU DO MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET SOME TYPE OF SIGNED AFFIDAVIT THAT STATES WHY YOU COULD NOT MAKE THE COURT DATE.

THE COURT SYSTEM ESPECIALLY FOR TRAFFIC CASES HATES FOR PEOPLE TO DO THIS.

GOOD LUCK
