No, church and formal religion are not necessary. Understanding, believing and trusting the Bible truths are absolutely necessary.

As for worship, we worship when we extend a helping hand to someone. The Bible does not define a "service" either, so the service is also man-made. Fellowship is another matter, but that does not have to mean sitting in pews, facing forward.

I think someone said you have to be in a church to continue to learn. False. I've learned more from other sources than years in churches.

The only way to be born again and to go to heaven and not eternal hell for anyone is to believe that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again.

Church attendance can't save and isn't required for salvation, but church attendance is very needed to grow in the Lord after you're saved, so long as it is a church that teaches the Bible in truth. If you're saved, then you should be going to church somewhere.

church is a big encouragement and a time to be close to God, to be born again you must be Baptized in the name of Jesus. Not those titles that some religions do. There is no power in any other name

I don't think so ....if you're asking about identifying with a specific sect/denomination within Christianity. Being born again does identify you as being Christian but you don't have to go to church or be a member to be born again. That is between you and God.

No. Accepting the beautiful gift of salvation through Christ's death on a cross is not dependent on a man-made religion or attending church.

no.. The term "born-again"(I think started with Jesus and Nicodemus?) Mean to surrender your life to Jesus. In doing so you worship Him and follow his ways(pretty much means be a Christian). BUT true Christianity is not a religion because religions are set rules and cerimonies and Christianity (yes it has set rules but it's not a break-a-rule-then-pay-penace its a break-a-rule-ask-for-forgiveness) works as a RELATIONSHIP with God. Going to church is not obligatory but most people who follow Christ want to go.

Hope this helps

No but.....

God does require us to fellowship together with other believers on a regular basis

Hebrews 10:25
"Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

Going to church is a priviledge.......and sort of a command of God......but not going will not keep you out of heaven. Only disbelief will keep a person out

This is serious questions. I will check back for a answer. Do you believe in God's word? How did you get saved?

If you believe in Jesus then you should believe in the word of God as well. Hebrews 10:25- Not forsaking the assembly of ourselves with one another...
That is a command from God. As believers we should want to fellowship.
