Tell her it's time to get dressed! If she says NO! Give that bottom a good spank. Then ask again. I'm sure she'll decide to cover that tushie up ASAP.

Choose 2 outfits for her ahead of time. When it's time to get dressed, she will have a choice from the pre-selected items.
Giving her a limited choice will help the situation from turning into an unpleasant power play.

Tell her its time to get dressed, tell her this is what we do every day and every morning.
Letting her pick out her clothes to some extent can be okay, but asking her what she wants to wear is a disaster, kids need direction, asking them for direction indicates you dont know- and leaves them feeling insecure because that means you're expecting them to know what you dont. Bad idea.
If she doesnt want a part of it, spank her butt, tell her thats not how we act, and then dress her.
Its not complicated really, kids only do what you let them.

my 2 year old girl doesnt always like getting dressed and it can be a fight and a half to get her too. recently i found that if i chose 2 outfits and then let her chose which one she wants to wear then she will normally quite happily get dressed. Good luck!

Turn it into a game, let them dress their selfs and if you don't like it be like this would go better with that. Good luck!!!
