The trinity is seen even in the Old Test.
Let US make man in OUR image.
The Spirit moved upon the face of the waters.

Who ever told you that the NT mentions the trinity either lied or doesn't know their bible very well.

The New Encyclopædia Britannica says: “Neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the New Testament, nor did Jesus and his followers intend to contradict the Shema in the Old Testament: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord’ (Deut. 6:4). . . . The doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and through many controversies. . . . By the end of the 4th century . . . the doctrine of the Trinity took substantially the form it has maintained ever since.”—(1976), Micropædia, Vol. X, p. 126.

The New Catholic Encyclopedia states: “The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century. But it is precisely this formulation that has first claim to the title the Trinitarian dogma. Among the Apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.”—(1967), Vol. XIV, p. 299.

In The Encyclopedia Americana we read: “Christianity derived from Judaism and Judaism was strictly Unitarian [believing that God is one person]. The road which led from Jerusalem to Nicea was scarcely a straight one. Fourth century Trinitarianism did not reflect accurately early Christian teaching regarding the nature of God; it was, on the contrary, a deviation from this teaching.”—(1956), Vol. XXVII, p. 294L.

At best the NT as some have said only 'hints' at a trinity, but this is not true either.

If you read the verses honestly and with unbias eyes, you will see that Jesus is the Son of God and not God the Son.

(Romans 15:3-6) . . .” 4 For all the things that were written aforetime were written for our instruction, that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 Now may the God who supplies endurance and comfort grant YOU to have among yourselves the same mental attitude that Christ Jesus had, 6 that with one accord YOU may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Who is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ?
Shouldn't we worship the God and Father of Jesus?
Shouldn't we glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus?

Maybe in your custom-designed New Testament because I have nine (9) versions of the Bible and the trinity is nowhere to be found.

The Trinity is only an interpretation. I'll not claim it is right or wrong, but it is not Christian truth. Similar to the rapture...it is an interpretation of Bible passages. Other people have come to a different interpretation. Who is right...? Well, opinions, opinions...

um that is how some see it. i dont see it at all. in fact it is not mentioned at all. look up trinity and show me were the word is found in the Bible. some say it implies that. but that is how you interpret it. i dont see it at all. i feel if there were 3 that make up the godhead then those 3 would agree as one. not they are one. and i feel it would have been mentioned in old test. as well.

Trinity is not mentioned in either the Old or New Testament. There is only 1 God and he became flesh (Jesus) and dwelt among us.

it was pinched from pagan cultures during the time christianity was forcibly imposed throughout the world..in goddess worship the trinity is maiden mother and crone..a cycle of a womans life which was representative of the phases of the moon. most of the christian culture was taken from pagan beliefs.

the concept is in ALL Christian bibles. it would not be in the Torah (Old Testament) as Christ IS the new testament.

your question is a little confusing as a bible IS the bible - the denomination of the bible doens't make it not a bible

Because the son was not delivered onto us in the Old Testament. There was only God, the father.
