Digital Age: "Gospel depictions of the archangels/angels: big, strong men, exceedingly handsome." But won't it be a bit distressing for the women to find themselves like this though?

You can manifest what you want to be after leaving this form. Can you imagine trying to describe life after birth to a fetus in the womb? Kinda impossible....and it's the same in this instance. Don't worry - it's all good - AND not even described well at all by stale religions of the past.

No, I think that is referring to some classical depictions of angels. Since they have no sex, they are often depicted with not clearly defined female or male features. Of course, they don't have bodies and are pure spirit so all depictions aren't how they really are. You cannot see them with bodily eyes.
Christians believe in the resurrection of the body, which is really cool. I think, unfortunately some don't know about it. On the last day, Jesus will come and all souls will be rejoined to their bodies as he was. The damned will be sent to hell from that point and the just will go to heaven. This is the Last Judgement. At that point the just will have bodies as they were meant to be, in perfect human form. Yet you will see more clearly with spiritual eyes and the body will be less prominent to you. You will notice and see clearly with the eyes of the soul, and the eyes of the body will still function, but be less important to you because your spiritual eyes will be opened revealing beauty from within.

That is a question that is not addressed in scripture. It does not give a lot of detail about what our bodies will be like in heaven, and whether there will be the act of sex in heaven.
Jesus does state that in the resurrection we will be like the angels neither marrying or giving in marriage. In the context, it implies that no procreation will take place in heaven (babies). As no one ages or dies, it would not really be needed.
It also appears that the new body will be of spiritual substance rather then flesh. Exactly what that means is not explained. But it probably means that the desires of the body, caused by its hormones, probably will not be found in heaven. So there would be no desire for sex. Rather it would be replaced with a higher form of intimacy, with God and with each other. The exact nature of that is not detailed in scripture

Not true.
The Bible teaches that we shall be resurrected...that we shall have a body in Paradise. We shall be glorified.
To show you this point, look at the Gospel depictions of the archangels/angels: big, strong men, exceedingly handsome.
They were not described as hermaphrodites!

I would give up sex for endless sleeping. I like sleeping. Of course I would have to get into heaven in the first place, that would be a problem because I'm an atheist. I'll probably just bribe St. Peter at the Pearly gates to get in.

I haven't been there. Never heard anything like that though, and that's coming from a Christian background. I hear more about streets of gold and angels singing.

Actually, why worry? I like to believe we would not be any LESS than we are now. Hey, it could happen that way.
