Since God is a spirit you can't defend Him that way.. you might die for Him but like in the Crusades they weren't fighting a war to defend God but the Holy Places that the Moslems took over, now it seems its all for nought. Most of the Christians are gone and if the Moslems push hard enough they might even get rid of the Jewish population. What makes me mad is they say Jerusalem is a holy place, but it was holy for the Jews first, and the Christians second.. and they got Mecca and Medina and they don't share with us!

This is a difficult question to answer, You can fight in many different ways ie. petitioning against something or in the extreme case killing innocent people. I think it depends how strong your faith and belief is, I am a muslim but I do not practise, however I have a strong faith and belief in my god but if it came down to fighting in a war, My answer is no, reason being I think faith and belief comes from the heart not from violence, we all lie in an unfair society, however I would not jeopardise what I have, (my son and my dog) just to start a bloody war that would lead no where

Fighting in war with other countraies is to defend your own country but not to defend God.Fighting in spiritual belief is to defend the words of God but not to God. Understand? OK?

No way. I dont know if the dude even exists. I was raised catholic and I dont even like Jesus at all so much less stick up for him or anyone over some Houdini tricks he pulled. I will however fight in a war to help bring extinction to religious beleifs. I'll even piss on the holy land and nuke it out of existence...maybe then idiots can fight about abortion, guns control, illegal immigration and brangelina like the rest of us half civilized homosapiens.

My God doesn't need me to fight for him, My God said he will defend me and fight for me, he said he will bring vengeance on those who wrong me. Praise God.

If a human needs to defend the God he believes in then there is a problem there.

Personally no. Part of being a Christian is understanding that you will face persecution and hatred. War against believers is a possibility, and the greatest obligation of the believer is to respond to that hatred with the love of Christ.
