She's your girlfriend. If you don't know what she considers to be romantic, how can we know?

If you want it to be unique, you are going to have to plan that one for yourself. Take some time and try to figure out what would make your girl swoon. A romantic walk, dancing beneath the stars, put some thought into this. For me, I am a Spanish teacher, so my fiance learned how to propose in Spanish. For me, there could have been nothing better. Do something personal! Best of luck!

I don't know where you live or how much money you have/make. If you live near a nice landmark then you could take a short weekend trip to the landmark and propose there.

Examples:

-Grand Canyon
-in front of a lake at sunset
-by the ocean
-Mt. Rushmore
-Niagara Falls

You get the idea... just make sure the view is beautiful.

Theknot.com has alot of ideas on this, off the top of my head here are a few I remember from that site or real life

- Make a hot bubblebath for you two, spoil her with massages and new bath salts, and then drop a cute rubber ducky in the tub with the ring tied around it's neck.

- My sweetie dressed me up and took me downtown for a horse-and-carraige ride, then to dinner on a rooftop restaraunt

- Give her a foot massage and slip the ring on her pinkie toe

Good luck!

Try breakfast in bed. Eggs, bacon, toast. Mimosas. And for that extra touch make a chocolate cupcake with white frosting and just put the ring on top. It's not unique, but since I don't know what your g/f might think of as romantic, it still works.

good luck!
