How about sickness from emotional stress?
Anxiety of being categorized into a clique?
Or, if this is a public school, you could say that you were generally feeling sick about being herded into a system that is little more than a Chairman Mao reeducation camp.
Or at the very least, you could schedule a dentist appointment. With my dentist, he can generally only see patients during the week and during the day.

Why do you ask? Sounds like you may be skipping school. If you had a valid excuse, you wouldn't need to ask. Without a good education, you will never reach your full potential.

My excuse would be one of truthfullness;
I didn't want to be in school today as I had more important issues, my education normally comes first as I know it is very important but my education has to be postponed today as whatever I have to do is more important.

Say the dog ate your shoes and underwear, and you didn't have any others. Tell them that you have to share your sisters shoes and will only be able to come into school on Tuesdays and Fridays in future.

family commitment(religious resoning) and illness(hospilization or doctors appointment) are the best but you have to be careful because sometimes teachers want a note for proof...
