Yes it is natural. It is all down to curiosity. As long as they grow out of this when they get older (which they usually do).

mostly curiosity, because mums are different to them.

it is not good at all to see this kind of things but if they walk around naked or something like that u can tell them to stop doing that.. n it is not natural at all..
