What is it and what does FEMA have to do with it?

Someone told me something about it and it really didn't sit well with me and was hoping someone might have more info.

Thanx Sam F that's not even right.

Sounds like they have built concentration camps in the United States to me.

How the hell did they get away with this without anyone saying anything?

I have heard of it.

it is the Government's plan to arrest and detain U.S. citizens in the event of civil unrest...

...so pretty much, if we're unhappy with our government, and we use our constitutional power to remove our leaders from office, they will arrest us and detain us.

OR EVEN if there is a national disaster where we all need to be kept under control...FEMA can inact an order under rex84 which will allow them to detain anyone they'd like for as long as they saw necessary.

This is What I Have Heard:
They Close Old Bases (Army, Navy whatever)
then Convert them to Prisons (for later use).
They alread have Buildings and Fences.
See?

Then, there suppose to have RailRoad Cars sitting on unused Train Tracks (out West?)
with around 120 Pairs of Leg Shakles in Each Car---Ready and Waiting.

That is what I have Heard.
