I am only getting about 13MPG/city. Is this normal for this Van? Dodge says it is supposed to get 18MPG. I know the factory numbers are always high, but you would think I'd get at least 16MPG.

The dealer just tells me the computer doesn't find anything wrong with the van.

It's hard to determine gas mileage in town. The best way to see if any thing is wrong is to drive it on a trip. You should get about 23 to 24 MPG. at 70 mph with AC on. If it dose this, the van should get as good as can be expected in the city. Any kind of bad driving habit can drastically reduce mileage in town.

there probably isn't anything wrong with it,most of those only got around 14-17 in the city at best and maybe 23-25 on the highway if tuned perfectly well, they just don't get no mileage at all, especially the 3.3 its not good for mileage it will hold up pretty well but if you get 23 on an average with it on the road that's fantastic, tuned well you might get,15 out of it in the city if your lucky, and that's really about it Chrysler didn't take gas mileage in to consideration on these,i have a Chevy astro van that will average about 18 in the city real easy, and 25-28 on the high way,i like my dodges but i don't like the mileage they get, especially with gas being like it is,good luck on it,your getting about average for mileage on it.
