Not close family members, however, my in-laws aren't Christians, and I think about them a lot. But once you tell someone about God and Jesus' wonderful gift, it's in their hands. You can't force someone to believe. People have chances their whole lives to be saved. Those who refuse God in their lives turned away from those chances, by their own choosing.
If someone is drinking and driving, and causes an accident where they get injured and someone else dies, that person will realize they screwed up. Should they then be able to say "oh yeah, I shouldn't have been drinking and driving, so now let's turn back time and change my actions so I don't have to face my punishment."? Hindsight is 20/20.

The dead do have a chance to be saved. While they are living. It was there choice. What many people don't realize that it is just a privilege to wake up in the morning! It is not a right. And once you give god the glory...you realize what other great things he is doing in your life. I try to help everyone who don't know Jesus because I feel like it's my responsibility to teach the word of god to the ones who don't know so I can save them from the burning pits of hell. Tomorrow is not promised and I feel like we as Christians need to do a better job of getting the word out the to the unsaved!!!!

Thats silly.. YOU KNOW WHY what they call a sucker right? a DUM DUM ..GOD doesnt Judge those who dont believe in him Rather those who supposedly pretend to follow him walk around judging everybody else these will recieve a greater condemnation.. Judge not COndemn not.. if you condemn you will be..Don't you get it..GOD IS LOVE..HATE IS THE DEVIL..you need to quit watching silly tv and actually pray.. hell is for the devil and his angels not for man goof ball.. All are saved by the blood of christ save it be murderers like Cain these follow after the devil and become devils themselves.. all souls whether good or bad are immediatly taken to that God who gave them life soon as the depart this realm.. then the souls of the righteous rest in paradise and the souls of the silly people wander lost as lost as we are and ever will be save we quit looking at others and rely on CHRIST .. specks and beams in the eyes remeber the parables.. gods children are the ones with the beams they who believe not are the ones who have the specks... believe it

I understand your pain, but as you get older, you realize that people make their own choices in life.
You can't put that burden on your shoulders because it's not yours to bear. God is the one who truly suffers because He doesn't want to send anyone to hell, but He has to because He laid the rules down and must abide by them since He's not a liar.
One thing that comforts me is that the Bible says Jesus will wipe away all our tears and there will be no more suffering or sadness. We will have a greater understanding of these things when we are in heaven and will not be upset over it.
You shouldn't stop caring, but you shouldn't carry this weight on you because we all have to reap what we sow.

The dead have no chance to be saved. Once they are dead, it is eternal hell if they didn't believe the Gospel in this life. It is so easy to be saved. All we have to do is believe that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again.
But a person might not take it. This is why Jesus said that you must love Him more than any person.

I have cousins who lived promiscous lives and died of Aids, of course it saddens me knowing that they probably did not get a chance to confess their sins to God and be cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
While we are on Earth that is the time God's grace abounds to us and it is the time we are to serve Him and walk in His ways. When we die it is then too late to say I'm sorry Lord. During our lifetime on Earth it is the time God says I'll give you another chance and another and another, but of course if we do not heed the warning then unfortunatley we choose our doomed destiny, and after that no prayer at any funeral will be able alter God's judgement.

That is the punishment given by God. Why complain. since we are the creatures of God and as humans we are His servants, let Him do His job. You like it or not, God must be followed. No servant is higher than his master. Remember it. OK?

Yes, I've lost my uncle who wasn't a believer. My father spent many days trying to tell him about Christ's love. He didn't want to listen. My uncle had a choice and he didn't choose God. That was his choice and no fault of the God who loved him.
