i boil the liver and heart e.t.c and give it to them, it's a treat and they love it, but watch out for the neck though, it has small bones in it and they might choke,

As has been mentioned, no cooked bones and I would be careful even feeding turkey necks- I gave a turkey neck to my small dog and bones ending up being stuck, so she was in pain when she was trying to poo as the bones were literally in the way. I ended up taking her to the vet but she was ok- the vet just warned me about feeding such bones- so I guess if you have a large or med dog, a turkey neck should cause no probs.
You can use slice the liver into thin pieces and slowly roast them in the oven- makes perfect liver treats. You can feed the heart and other organs but in moderation. Though pls ensure your dog is protected from tapeworm- dogs are at risk of getting tape worm when they eat organ meat.

Raw turkey neck is good for dogs as is other raw parts but a dog who is not used to raw food will probably get loose stools. I start my little dogs out with a 1/8 of a raw turkey neck then work up to 1/2. You can chop up the raw neck and cook the other parts but even cooked liver etc can give a dog the runs.

Chicken and Turkey bones are A huge no.
They are soft and splinter easily, a dog can easily choke on them, I do not recomend feeding a dog any raw food unless you know what you are doing and have been doing this for some time. Just mix a small amount of meat in with their normal food for a treat. Keep it simple the dog doesnt know its thanks giving and will be happy to have the treat in its normal food.

In moderation!!! Around Thanksgiving, vets see a GREAT increase in the number of cases of Pancreatitis from dogs being fed too much table food. Especially greasy, and rich meats.

At least be aware of the sign to watch for in case your dog becomes ill.

I personally don't use the liver for the dog, but many people use it all for them. Anything else is fine. Don't feed her bones if they are cooked, but raw is ok.

Throw the dog the neck - uncooked. Lots of calcium.
