ok what gives!!!
I met this guy on myspace.. we hung out 4 times.. now I have this other girl emailing me telling me he is taken by her and she lives in conneticut (we are in FL).. i brought it up to him and he said he is "sorta" dating her but he is going to call her and tell her he is done with her.. He told me 3 days ago that he told her, and yesterday I got an email from her sayin that he never did call her and say any of it.. infact he calls he everyday and tells her how much he misses and loves her..
the other day he stopped by to drop my cellphone off and before he came over.. the girl was talkin to me on here.. she told me its illegal for me to see him.. i said.. "uhhh why???" and he said.. "well he is 17, and you are 22".. my jaw dropped. his myspace says 19 and turning 20 december 26th.. I brought it up with him and he told me he is really 18! and promises up and down that he is..
I asked to see his license lastnight, and he told me that he doesn't carry it on him

at night when he goes to class (college).. wtf??!?!?!?!?
the first night i met him he had it on him cause he said.. "wow, the picture on my license is horrible" i said "let me see" he took it out and never showed me!..
i am utterly confused!
me/him/her were also in a 3 way chat room yesterday on AOL to get the gods honest truth out of him.. and he was IMING me telling me he didn't know what to say to her because he doesn't like to break hearts!.. he said that she cheated on him once already and they broke up after it, but he took her back cause he didn't like to see her cry/upset.. but he hasen't seen her in person since they got "back together".. and how he is very sick of the drama/childish games with her. I told her that he said all of that, and she told me that he denied it ALL!.. wtf!!!!
he was also IMING me asking me to HELP him think of what to tell her.
I told him that if he truly doesn't like the girl.. then it shouldn't be THIS hard to tell her. no clue.

I asked him straight out on the computer yesterday.. its simple.. ask yourself what YOU want and tell me the first thing that comes to mind... he said.. "you" (i was in shock.. i knew he liked me.. but not this much".. he wants to hang with me today.. but i am unsure what to do.. I like him too.. but if he is 17 and turning 18 then that is just wayy too young for me. Its OK if he is 19 and turning 20. what bout 18 turning 19? too young for me? aghhh!!!
also.. he is looking to move out of his dad's apt.. and the first apt complex he looked at and was hyper on getting into.. was MINE.

WHY on earth would a guy lie bout his age.. Is it so he feels "cool" that an older woman likes him????
I can see when girls lie bout their age to get older guys.. but why would a guy do it?? he is more grown up than I.. he picks me up in his car.. he has a job.. goes to college. wtf???

let me add that we aren't dating as of now.. we are friends. nothing has went on like kissing/sex/cuddling/not even holding hands.. he says he wants to do all that, but hasen't shown any interest.
but my question remains.. WHY lie bout age??? if he is 18 and turning 19 that aint so bad.. but 17???? I am 22.. and i have been married and have a 1 year old baby! I don't need the highschool drama and I have told him LOTS of times.
he might be obsessed with me.. like i i said.. i asked him what he wanted.. the first thing that came to mind and he said me!!! i have hung out with him 4 times!!! also.. the night we met.. he talked me out of going back home to California.. I already had the bus ticket and was at the station!.. no idea.

If everything you said is truthful, then there are a whole bunch of red flags out there and I would dump this guy so fast he'd never remember my name. If you can't trust him in the beginning of a relationship, it sure ain't gonna get any better as time goes by. Leave this dude and find somebody worthy of you.

it aint illegal to go out with him as its only about 2-3 years difference and your both legaly above age. but would you really want to go out with someone who obviousley just keeps lieing to you. finish with him or just stay friends but unless he dumps this girl and comes straight with you finish with him.
you mite wanna change your email address so she can stop emailing you as well she sounds nasty
