My beloved home state has been in a drought for several months now, and the effects are starting to become severe. It usually rains much more than this during the fall.
I'm not a climatologist, so I don't know why this is happening. Science doesn't have all the answers. We'll take all the help we can get.
God will answer.

Sometimes God gets a bad rap.
John 10:10 (Amplified Bible)
10The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it [a]overflows).
If we continue to refuse the leading of God and The Holy Spirit... He will be a gentle man and back out which in turn opens the door for Satan (the Theif) to come in and play havic with our lives.
It hurts God to have to step aside after dealing with us and us refusing him because he knows what is best for us and what will make our lives complete in him and feel us with joy to the overflow. But he has given us free will to choose who we will serve or who we will obey.

It is impossible to know the thoughts of God. And it is blasphemy to claim to know.
