A grilled whitefish.........filled with diced tomatoes,onion tidbits,crushed garlic and sprinkled black powder pepper...with side dish like boiled eggplant, boiled okra, boiled vegetable tops dipped in fish sauce.....or anchovies paste!!!

Ours is supposed to be Roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, I think curry has taken that over though, I would make you roast beef and Yorkshire puddings anytime if you came to mine for dinner.
