I'm doubting if it's possible to rule out every single problem on a plane, because things are too complicated out there on it. Well I guess there must be a lot of unsolvable technical problems on it...

Maybe a small problem won't cause an air crash but it's still professional to keep passengers lives, so how will they deal with it?

As others pointed out, there is BITE (Built In Test Equipment) and are circuit breakers, and the pilots / crew know the location of each and every one. Part of the annual exam was being able to ID each circuit breaker while BLINDFOLDED !

If the problem occurs in flight, you isolate the system, rely on back-up systems, and then determine whether or not to continue the flight based on the severity of the fault. ALL faults are then written up and reported to maintenance.

It isn't TOO difficult to track down an issue in the wiring, and most SYSTEMS are simply swapped out with a new part if there are troubles. Just pull the box, sensor, indicator, or equipment and plug in a new one.
