The word "dominion" in the Book of Genesis could be updated to "lominion," the Loving Dominion we really want, by those asking for divine intervention (not just in Georgia) in our bad habits as poor caretakers of the environment.

Lominion is a word coined from "loving dominion" sort of like "web + log = blog.

no effort to be scientific or religious, just coining a new word for a new fresh look that both religious and scientific folks may enjoy

God is the parent of us all, and you who have children of your own, think about God's regret and sadness in Genesis 6:6; even though children ignore the parents, the parents still love the children - interesting impulse, yes indeed...(this came from another source but I post it here cuz I liked it.)

Yawn- Yea, god is causing the droughts, floods, hurricanes, and even global warming because he's pissed at man.

Very scientific.

Oh yea, it rained in Georgia last night. That proves prayers work, right?

I found a good site about the drought. I dont think the prayer will lead to better management but God answers prayer and has sent rain. God answers prayer in spite of what naysayers think.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the hypocrites making a big show about "praying for rain" are the same people who have been raking in millions through deliberate overdevelopmt. These so-called "Christians" have been raping our state for their personal profit for years--and libeled and smeared the nasty liberal scientists who have been warning them this was going to happen for over 20 years.

The only answere these jerks are likely to get from Above is a lightening bolt. They deserve it.

Prayer is talked about but not done enough. I say pray about the problem - solutions can become clear.
