Why do Christians have such difficulty seeing the hidden motives behind so much of their doctrine?

To me they’re as obvious as an elephant in the lounge room. I mean, the horrors of the indoctrination process they use on their children, the tenet of attempting to convert people to the same Christian delusions, the moronic attacks on scientific progress…there are so many more and all of them are blatant manipulation methods but so many Christians seem completely clueless about it. They just muddle along, doing as their told, without even the courage to mentally question what they are told is true let alone to verbally question it. Is it possible for people to be so deep within a delusion that they can never be successfully rehabilitated?

Some people take religion too seriously, and some don't.
You seem to have a beef with Christianity. I don't really care what you think. I don't really care what they think. I'm tired, so just quickly:-

Depression is a chemical reaction within the brain which leads to negative thought patterns and experiencing negative emotions.
Some people use religion as a tool for avoiding depression.
Some people use religion as a tool for meeting like minded people in a social setting.
Some people use religion as a tool for networking their business needs.
Some people use religion as a tool for showing who they want to be and guiding themselves towards who they want to be.
Some people use religion as a tool to guide their children towards being non violent, honest, respectful etc.

On the other hand

Some people who become upset with the world use religion as an excuse to blow people up
Some people who are dishonest use religion as a way to manipulate people into giving up money in scams.
Some people use religion to give hope to those people who are depressed and lost, and then use that hope to manipulate the confused people into doing bad things.

So have you thought of your own motives in talking this way? How does it benefit you? You are deeply critical but yet you are just spewing out negative opinion, not fact. Maybe you are just taking your hatred for life out on this group, because they are happier than you are.

I am a scientist, I do not attack science in a "moronic" way. I study it for truth and error. I discard what is untrue and accept what is true. Not everything in science is "progress." It is just discovery of data about life. Some data leads nowhere. Some contributes to something yet unknown. There are many Christians who work in science, and have contributed much to the field.

we are all sinners, yet we additionally are stored by ability of concept in Jesus. Is it in easy terms a faith or some thing in keeping with faith? we are spoke of as (by ability of the worlds standards) hypocrites by way of fact we don't stay by ability of which we carry forth. God says that there are non that are worth of God's Grace, in spite of the shown fact that that's a recent from God exhibiting His effective potential and prefer to an all no longer worth human beings. we live and have faith on faith, no longer by ability of something we can build or invent or perhaps make up. the international will fail to work out utilising eyes of this international, yet is a few thing considered in easy terms by ability of concept.

To me, the horror is that you are indoctrinating your poor little children with hate and bitterness: the abuse of poisoning your children and the other people with whom you interact with your vile words and views. Is it possible for someone like you to be rehabilitated with any form of human kindness or objectivity?
Can you ever be successfully be released from the prison of hate that fills your heart?

I ask this same question of the building worker's union members. I suppose all our opinions are tainted by our own bias, fears and bitter experiences. I cannot denigrate a person for seeking solace somewhere and if they have found it in Christianity who am I to deny them this comfort, false or not.

You have obviously read the God Delusion by Richard Dawkins. I held onto to a sort of belief untill I read it. They will always say the word faith to you. What is faith? Mearly a means of getting around the fact that god does not exist. Our soceties have spilled too much blood for this delusion to continue. No you cannot change them you can only pity them.

MANY GO INTO A TRANCE AND TALK KINDA QUEER AND OTHERS JUST SIT AND A-MEN EVERY THING EVEN IF SOMEONE BURPS. If a devout Christian had said that to you, "why can't you find the Love Of God, why are you so clueless?", you would call them delusional and bigoted. I don't think you have the right to do the same to them.

They're not normal. See them as walking fridges. They're not human.
They show no characteristic of a human. They're completely brainwashed and manipulated, NEVER make sense, do not understand concepts like reason, cause and effect, like the rock fell therefore it hit you on the head.......

You say Christians are completely clueless? do you not even know the origins of your own namesake?

Remember the word atheist is nothing but a politically correct term for someone God calls a fool. “The fool has said in his heart, there is no God.”
