Tea but tea is an easier to digest kind of thing because of all those wonderful antioxidants, so, tea is better for you. Everything in moderation, drink what you like, I drink both! (I highlighted your question and Ziptionary didn't have anything so I typed in caffine. It doesn't say which has more, just that coffee and tea are the most common among about 60 plants that is used for the caffine. Cocoa would be the third.)

Tea definitely..I can drink coffee all day and night and go to sleep any time but one cup of tea and I'm up for 3 days.

Kilo for Kilo its tea but as it takes less tea to make a cup then its does for coffee therefore cup for cup coffee has more caffiene
