I usually start off with a couple shots of tequila, then the rule is always hava beer in you hand even if you want a mixed drink, just keep a beer in your hand. Be Careful with wine it can give you a headache, stick to three or four kinds of liquor, try to either stay clear, like 'vodka, silver tequilas, gin," or dark, 'whisky, rum, brandy", and keep drinking, If all else fails try beer pong or some other drinking game, this also encourages others to get ripped too. PS Don't drink and drive.
Oops. You meant like muscles? It's a good thing you didn't ask how to get pumped.. LOL!!!
