Both my kids are in the same routine and have been since they were old enough to have one, I have a 3.5yo daughter and a 11mo son, so I think the routines started around 6m
5-6pm tea for my son and then daughter eats with us
6-7.30pm playtime, catch up with Dad
7.30-8pm bath time
8-8.30pm quiet time, milk feed for son, stories, and bed, Both kids are usually asleep before 9pm.

My son is 13 mo. old.
6 pm he plays in the kitchen while we make dinner
6:30 eat dinner
7 bath time
7:30 pjs and lotion and teeth brushing and a little playing
8 bedtime, turn on lullaby and fish toy on bed and give a milk cup
He usually talks and drinks until about 8:30, then he is out til about 7:30am!
If he misses his afternoon nap we start this process about half hour earlier and move everything up. He is a great sleeper, he has been sleeping through the night like this since he was 3 months old.

Bath, teeth, story, bed - start round 6pm - on a good night all done and dusted by 7pm - sometimes we skip the bath if she's tired. Today I was still up there at 9pm and getting annoyed but trying not to lose it.

my kids have had the same routine for ages now and are 5 and 2.5 years old. They go to sleep at the same time even with the age difference.
5pm - Bath time
5.30pm - I start dinner (they play)
6-6:15pm - dinner time
after dinner play/tv/quiet time
7-7:15pm bed time - brush teeth, go to toilet/put on nappy, read a story
7.30pm asleep, lights out!
This has worked for ages for us but I would be putting a 14mth old to sleep by 7pm at the latest, and giving a bottle while I read story. It would just mean the after dinner play time is a bit shorter.
Best of luck

I have 2 daughters, Emma will be four in Dec. and Ava Rose will be 2 in Mar. Although my children go to bed later, we have a very strict bed time routine- so adjust times to your prefences. Dinner @ 6pm, Bath @7pm (both take it together), Bedtime Snack by 8pm, Teeth are Brushed by 8:15pm (no body mentioned teeth brushing- this should be done from birth- even though there are no teeth their gums need to be cleaned so their baby teeth come in healthy- and just because they are baby teeth and will fall out they still need to be taken care of- cause if there not their adult teeth will be damaged!) Ava is in bed (they have seperate rooms) w/her night night story done by 8:30pm. Emma then gets some alone time with us and is in bed w/her night night story all done around 9:30pm. This doesn't leave very much alone time for hubby and me, but we do get qualiy time with our girls. Hope this helps.
**ADDED: Anyone care to elaborate as to why I received two thumbs down? Kinda confused here. Is it because of the later bedtimes? I stay home with my girls so they get to sleep in. Otherwise not quite sure on to what the problem is? Thanks.

only take the bottle out of the equation. Mine nonetheless took a bedtime bottle at 18 months. One night I only desperate it replaced into time to end. I gave her some milk in a sippy previously we went upstairs for mattress. proceed doing the comparable element. examine a e book and characteristic cuddle time. She would desire to cry the 1st night or 2 with out her bottle, yet save on consisting of your weapons and don't provide in. help her be a large lady.

Twin 2yo boys.
5- bath
5:30 - Daddy comes home
5:45 - Dinner
6:00 - Clean up time
6:15 - Family cuddle and story on the couch, with a glass of milk for everyone.
7:00 - Bed
With our family cuddle, my boys tell Daddy and Me (if I am the one who has been at work) all about their day. Everything they have done. It is my favourite time of the day!

I don't have a set routine but my son goes to bed at 7pm every night, that way sets their internal clocks.
