A women I know keeps calling me. She wants my address so she can send me a wedding invitation. My roommate says she is a gossip and NOT to supply her with the address. I won't give her the address because this is predominantly my roommate's place because of furnishings name on lease and other reasons. It is her home and I am a guest. Now I am in the position of having to tell the woman to stop calling. She is getting married: what is she calling me for. I am not one of her girlfriends. If she were my girlfriend I would be happy to take her calls. She was calling me, by the way, before she got engaged with questions like: "Have you seen so and so, what are you doing, what is your roommate doing, etc."

That is strange. It sounds like she may be fixated on you, thinking you can save her from this marriage or something.

I wouldn't give her the address, and I would tell her to stop calling. If you've already done that, take the next step. Tell her fiancee and her closest family to please get her off your back, that you just want to be left alone.

She doesn't seem nice for being too nosy. Try to stay away from her. Since the place is not yours, not giving her the address would save you a lot of headache. The less she knows about you, the better.
