Try getting involved in some of the clubs around university
Tennis club
Volleyball
ANYTHING ... just try something new. Look in places you haven't looked before.
Gather a group of girls and do the girl's night out thing to scope potential.
Go on a speed dating night - you'll find a speed dating service in most big cities.

ummm easies way to meet someone is through friends especially in college or in class just give someone a couple looks they'll come around. If you just wanna have fun then parties. People will tell you in different spots but it depends because some guys are shy and need you to start the conversation so it's all up to the type of guys you are looking for.
