Really you just lose your water weight or just sweat out the sodium in ur body... I have a cousin thats a UFC fighter an he use's if to lose like 15-20 lbs to get in a lower weight class.. He'll det in the damn thing for 5 or 6 hours... But its crazy cause as soon as you start eatting an drinking again u get it all back..
